FILE REQUIREMENTS

Send files
we can print.

Follow this guide and your job moves faster — no back-and-forth, no surprises on press.

Size & bleed

  • Design at actual size whenever possible (1:1 scale).
  • Add 0.125 inch (3.2 mm) bleed on all sides for stickers, cards, and flyers.
  • Tarpaulins and billboards: no bleed needed, but keep text 2 inches inside the edge.
  • Keep important text and logos inside the safe margin.

Color

  • Set color mode to CMYK — screens show RGB, printers print CMYK.
  • Black text: use rich black (C40 M30 Y30 K100) for large areas, plain K100 for small text.
  • Expect slight shifts on neon/fluorescent colors; ask for a proof when color is critical.

Resolution & formats

  • Small prints (cards, stickers): 300 DPI at actual size.
  • Large format viewed from afar (tarpaulin, billboards): 72–150 DPI at actual size is fine.
  • Preferred: PDF (press quality), AI, or high-resolution PNG/JPG.
  • Outline or embed all fonts before sending.

Sending checklist

  • Name files clearly: project-size-quantity (e.g. menu-a3-100pcs.pdf).
  • One file per design; multi-page PDFs are welcome for brochures.
  • Attach reference photos or links in the inquiry form (JPG, PNG, WebP, PDF up to 10 MB each).
  • Nothing prints until you approve the final proof — we check every file first.
